This was our second purchase experience with Stephen. Our first was a beautiful condo in Upper Arlington a few years ago, where our son lives. The second was a current new build patio home for us in Hilliard. We moved here from out of town, and appreciated his expertise in finding out information on the areas we were interested in. He attended all of the sales/design selection meetings and his assistance was very helpful in putting together a home that fit our vision, needs and price point. Stephen is a very detailed individual who can help keep you on track and make sure the fine points are addressed. We highly recommend using Stephen as your realtor. It's very obvious that he enjoys his profession!

I am not exaggerating when I tell you I would not be in my dream home if not for Stephen Dial. I began searching for a house at the end of January and closed on my dream home by the beginning of March... THAT'S HOW GOOD HE IS!! Having Stephen as your agent makes you feel extremely secure. Each home walk-through I had he used his experience to point out issues and or benefits to the houses that he noticed which made home viewing a lot easier as well as gave you a sense of confidence knowing if you missed something, Stephen would be there to catch it. He was very attentive and always super quick to reply to any questions or concerns and made sure you 100% understood what he was explaining. He was EXTREMELY efficient with paperwork and he made sure you understood what you were signing before you signed it which is super important. Stephen stepped out of his comfort zone in a county he does not typically show houses in, went to bat for me, and somehow STILL got me an amazing deal on a house which would not have been accomplished without his hard work, the research that he did, and his experience. To say that I'm satisfied would be an understatement. I trult believe if I hired anybody else, I would not be in my dream home right now and would more than likely still be searching for a home. There's nobody I trust more when it comes to purchasing a home. I'm forever grateful for Stephen and anybody I come across in search of a home is being QUICKLY forwarded to Stephen.
